We’re a team of 25 passionate people working out of a vibrant office in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara, California. Although we maintain a casual work environment right in the heart of State Street; we are a hardworking team that cares maybe a tad too much about the things we build. We're looking for people who are as excited as us for a hands-on approach, an appreciation of quality work, and a natural inclination to take ownership.

Internal Efforts

The climate is top of mind around here. To address the carbon emissions and waste we produce, we’ve implemented the following strategies:

• We purchase upwards of $30,000 a year to 100% offset the carbon of our shipping, office and manufacturing

• 100% paper based packaging

• Initiative to use bio and recycled plastics

• Purchase renewable energy to power our office

• Quarterly team beach cleanups

• Refurbishing unused returns
